Compatibility & Purchase

The most reliable way is to verify your original part’s OEM number against our “Reference Number” list. You should also use the “Amazon Confirmed Fit” tool at the top of this page by entering your Year, Make, and Model. If you are still unsure, please provide your VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) to your local dealer to confirm the exact part required for your build.

These frequencies are not interchangeable. Generally, 315 MHz is standard for domestic North American brands (Ford, GM, Jeep), while 433 MHz is preferred for European and select Asian export models. Always check the frequency stamped on your old sensor or consult your owner’s manual before purchasing.

Installation & Technical Procedures

No. Our sensors come pre-programmed from the factory with specific protocols for the vehicles listed. You do not need to purchase expensive programming tools or visit a dealer for initial coding; they are ready to install “out of the box”.

While the sensors are pre-programmed, most vehicles still require a “Relearn Procedure”. This process “introduces” the new sensor IDs to your car’s computer (ECU) so it can track them correctly. Please refer to your owner’s manual for your specific vehicle’s relearn steps, which may require an OBDII scan tool or a specific driving cycle.

Because installing TPMS sensors requires specialized equipment to demount the tire from the rim and perform professional dynamic balancing, we highly recommend having them installed by a certified automotive technician.

Performance & Durability

A-Premium sensors utilize high-capacity CR2050 lithium batteries designed to last 5 to 10 years under normal driving conditions. The battery is permanently sealed inside the polymer housing to ensure water and dust resistance, so it cannot be replaced individually; the entire sensor unit must be replaced once the battery is depleted.

Air pressure naturally drops about 1 PSI for every 10°F decrease in temperature. On a cold morning, your tires may drop below the alert threshold; usually, the light will turn off automatically once the tires warm up during driving and the pressure stabilizes.

Yes. Our sensors feature an aerospace-grade aluminum valve stem with an anti-corrosion coating and high-grade seals. They have undergone rigorous salt spray and vibration testing to ensure durability against road salt, moisture, and extreme road conditions ranging from -40°C to 120°C.

How customer reviews and ratings work

Customers say

Customers appreciate the value of these TPMS sensors compared to dealer prices, noting they fit Toyota, Lexus, and Subaru vehicles well. However, many customers mention that a professional TPMS relearn step is required after installation — despite the “pre-programmed” label — and recommend having a shop with an OBD scan tool complete the sensor pairing process.

Worked great in my 2018 Toyota Camry, saved me $243, but the new sensor did need to be programmed.

Worked great in my 2018 Toyota Camry, saved me $243 by avoiding the Toyota dealer, but the new sensor did need to be programmed. My TPMS warning light came on and the left rear tire position showed three dashes highlighted in an orange box — the sensor was dead. I bought these A-Premium “pre-programmed” sensors hoping the new one would work without programming. I had a small used tire shop install it for $10. After install, I tried the in-car TPMS reset several times but the warning light stayed on. So I went to an independent tire shop where a tech did a TPMS reset with a Hamaton H57 scanner — scanned all four sensors via the valve stems, then transferred the data to the car's OBD port. The tech didn't charge me anything. Warning light cleared, all pressures reading correctly. Total cost: $57. The Toyota dealer wanted $300 total ($150 part + $150 install/program).

It Works, Just Give It Some Time.

My car is weird, it didn't work at first but after 1 week of install, it just randomly started working. I have these on my 2018 Camry XSE V6. I tried programming it and doing all the troubleshooting the box provides but none of it worked. I left it alone and one day it just worked. So, just give it some time.

Not able to relearn these sensors
Reviewed in the United States on February 24, 2026 Verified Purchase
Unable to relearn the TPMS sensors to my Tacoma. I bought these thinking it was already programmed to a Tacoma. Unfortunately they don't come with an ID ready to install. I'm out $125 from the installation fee. I would recommend buying OEM instead.
